Dates for the 2027 Summer Season will become available on both Airbnb and VRBO, October 21st. Rates have been updated on both sites. Both Airbnb and VRBO has changed how the rates will look. You used to see a base rated and then you would pay fees on top of that. Rates now show all applicable fees included. We’ve also changed it so that smaller groups will pay a substantially lower rate, where larger groups will pay more. For example, last summer the rate was $550/night plus fees for a group up to 8 people. Now, the rate is $519/night INCLUDING all fees for a group of 4 or less and $50/night/person, up to that max of 8 after that.
