How to Reserve the Bonnie Belle Cabin
Make Contact via our "Contact" page. Confirm dates, services and final price.
Sign Rental agreement and pay $500 deposit by check, or directly through the the QuickBooks invoice with a credit card or bank transfer. The deposit will hold your dates and goes towards the total price for your trip.
Pay remaining balance when requested 14 days before arrival. If balance is not paid within 5 days of request, you risk forfeiting your trip and money in full.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancelation policy is changing effective for all new bookings after 4/5/22. If you booked previous to this, we will honor our original cancelation policy. Our rental season is incredibly short. If you are not committed to making the trip you book happen, we encourage you to not book with us.
Cash Refunds
Cash refunds will be given in full, minus a $150 cancellation fee if canceled prior to 21 days of your arrival date. Refunds will be given in full minus a $300 cancellation fee for cancellations between 20 and 5 days of your arrival date. No refunds will be given for any cancellation within 5 days of arrival.
Credit
Instead of a refund, you have the option to take a full credit to be used on a future trip which must take place within 24 months of you original reservation, if canceled 5 days or more before your arrival date. No credit will will be given to any reservation canceled within 5 days of your arrival.
Exceptions to the above cancellation policies. Credits/Refunds will be given for the following 2 exceptions….
Access to Silverton is closed off in both directions (north and south) on Hwy 550 on your arrival day.
County Road 2 or 9 (access to the Bonnie Belle) is closed for any reason.
Damage Deposit
In addition to the rental fee, a $500 damage deposit will be included in the invoice. This is refunded at the end of your trip once the property has been cleared.
Credit card/bank transfer Processing fee
We charge a one time $50 processing fee for payment made through Quickbooks. This fee is not applicable to your initial $500 deposit locking in your trip, but if you choose to pay the balance and Damage Deposit via Quickbooks, it will be applied to your damage deposit refund (only $450 of the $500 will be refunded). If you would like to avoid this fee, you can pay the balance and Damage Deposit by check.
